Laurel Ridge is moving forward. Four Patch in a Star block is all done. For Month 11, 20 were made. I am glad these are done and, if I may say, I am now good at making flying geese blocks. Thankfully they are not in the next block that I will be doing.
But, before the next block begins, a squirrel has run across my path. It is a UFO that I have been looking at a finish for. By tomorrow (or maybe this evening) the final decision on material will be made. Then the stitching will begin. Hope to show you a small flimsy next week. Even better, a finish.
As is happening in big piece of the USA, we are under the storm watch. Today (Saturday as I write this) our warmest has been 3F. Sunshine with a wind chill of -9F at the moment. I only went outside once to fill up the bird feeders. Nippy!! Snow comes tomorrow which means it will be warmer. May everyone stay safe and warm. A great day to stay inside and work with my threads.

Your blocks look really good. Keep warm.
ReplyDeleteThe snow began at 0830 this morning, Sunday. Thankfully no wind as I type. We will stay warm and thank you for your thoughts.
